We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio and ensuring sustainable business growth. Working closely with Operations, Tender Management, Finance and other internal teams, you will deliver tailored logistics solutions while maintaining high service quality and commercial performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to order
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate commercial terms
  • Coordinate and support tender processes
  • Promote AsstrA's logistics solutions and value-added services
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Monitor account profitability (GP & GPM%)
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Cooperate closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, Legal and other internal departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Good understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Experience in preparing commercial offers and participating in tenders
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional English (additional languages are an advantage)
