AsstrA has been a reliable partner in the logistics and transportation services market for over 27 years. We offer comprehensive services including the implementation of international shipments by various modes of transport, import and export organization, consolidation, customs clearance and cargo insurance. AsstrA today is an international holding company operating in the logistics services market. Total number of employees - more than 1000 people.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire transport companies interested in fleet card solutions;
- Build a portfolio of transport companies using E100 services;
- Develop new sales pipeline (outside existing AsstrA database);
- Conduct meetings with fleet owners and decision makers;
- Present fuel cards, toll services and fleet cost optimization solutions;
- Achieve sales KPIs (new clients, active trucks, fuel volume);
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting discipline;
- Monitor market opportunities and competitors;
- Develop long-term client relationships.
Required experience:
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales;
- Experience in one of the following industries is an advantage: transport, logistics, fleet management, fuel cards, financial services, telematics;
- Romanian native, English intermediate+.
Skills:
- Strong sales hunter mindset;
- Cold acquisition experience;
- Negotiation skills;
- KPI driven approach;
- Pipeline management;
- Strong communication skills.
Additionally:
- Driving licence (Category B);
- Willingness for regional business travel;
- Experience in fleet solutions or transport financial services is a strong advantage
