We are currently strengthening our road freight team and looking for an experienced specialist focused strictly on full truckload transport.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent organization and coordination of international FTL shipments
- Building and developing a network of carriers and transport partners
- Negotiating rates and transport conditions
- Ensuring cost-effective and high-quality transport solutions
- Monitoring shipments and solving operational issues
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and carriers
- Cooperation with internal sales and operations teams
We are looking for:
- Experience in FTL freight forwarding
- Very good knowledge of the road transport market
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of shipments
- English at communicative level (B2 or higher)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
