AsstrA is an international logistics company with over 30 years of experience, operating in 23 countries.

We are currently strengthening our Ocean & Air segment and looking for an experienced commercial professional who combines sales, pricing, and operational know-how.

This role is designed for a senior profile who can bring business, manage pricing, and act as a commercial owner of the Ocean & Air portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage your own customer portfolio in Ocean and Air Freight.
  • Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and handle pricing independently.
  • Analyse costs, trade lanes, and margins.
  • Negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
  • Act as the commercial owner of your accounts.
  • Cooperate closely with operations and product teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience in Ocean and/or Air Freight.
  • Combines sales background with pricing or operational exposure.
  • Brings an existing client portfolio or strong market network.
  • Understands trade lanes, costs, and margin structures.
  • Has a strong commercial mindset and works independently.
