We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to join our team in Zurich.
Main responsibilities:
- Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services;
- Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;
- Retention and development of existing Customers;
- Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives;
- Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system;
- Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio;
- Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity;
- Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
Skills:
- 5+ experience in Project Logistics Sales;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
- Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Proactive approach;
- Existing book of business will be a good advantage;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
