AsstrA is an international logistics group with over 30 years of experience, employing more than 1,000 professionals across Europe, CIS countries, Asia and the USA. We provide a full range of logistics solutions, including road, sea, rail and air transport, intermodal services, customs support and cargo insurance.

To support further development of the Spanish market, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales competences in Spain across Forwarding and IPL (Integrated Project Logistics).

The role combines business development and hands-on sales management, with a focus on building long-term relationships with key Spanish clients and supporting the growth of the IPL Spain Division.

Key responsibilities

Business Development (approx. 50%)

  • Develop new business opportunities on the Spanish market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision makers
  • Support growth of Forwarding and IPL services in Spain

Sales Management & Execution (approx. 50%)

  • Manage sales processes from lead generation to contract closure
  • Prepare offers and participate in negotiations
  • Support IPL project acquisition and ensure smooth handover to operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics, forwarding or IPL
  • Ability to independently manage sales processes and client relationships
  • Good understanding of the Spanish market
  • Experience in cooperation with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Sales competence profile:
    • Strong focus on business development and relationship building
    • Solid operational sales execution skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Structured, proactive and responsible working style
