Now we are looking for a Sales Specialist in our office in Vilnius.

What you will do:

  • Actively acquire and develop clients in the Ocean & Air segment;
  • Work with your existing customer portfolio and expand it within the Baltic region;
  • Use leads from Sales Lists, CRM and other sources to drive targeted sales;
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions (ocean, air, intermodal);
  • Conduct business negotiations and prepare commercial offers;
  • Maintain and grow your individual customer portfolio (ICP);
  • Register and manage customer requests in CRM/OTM;
  • Prepare, negotiate and maintain contracts and payment terms;
  • Participate in tenders together with internal teams;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, KPI results and ensure service excellence;
  • Cooperate closely with operational teams, tender specialists, KAMs and other Sales Specialists;
  • Provide monthly forecasts and reports on portfolio performance.

What we expect:

  • Mandatory experience in Ocean Freight sales;
  • Existing customer portfolio in the Baltic market;
  • Air Freight sales experience will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus);
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Proactive, responsible and goal-oriented approach;
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline;
  • Willingness to collaborate and grow within an international team environment.
