Now we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist in our office in Warsaw.

What you will do:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Provide daily administrative support to HR processes, including assist in payroll coordination and benefits management;
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, phone screenings, applicants' evaluations, calling & proactively recruiting passive candidates;
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and talent pools to identify qualified candidates;
  • Handle all internal HR tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment agreements, and offboarding;
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information.

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR role;
  • Experience in сonducting of all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations and offboarding;
  • Experience in managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring;
  • Knowledge of the main sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, Universities career pages, job fairs, etc.);
  • Experience in HR administration would be an asset;
  • Excellent command of Polish and English languages;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail, and a proactive approach;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
