HR Generalist / Personnel Assessment and Development specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR business strategies aligned with company goals and collaborate with middle management to define HR priorities supporting growth and high-performance culture.
- Maintain employee records, manage hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations documentation, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Execute talent acquisition strategy: manage full recruitment cycle, promote employer brand to attract top talent.
- Facilitate onboarding: coordinate orientation, ensure paperwork completion, support new hires’ acclimation.
- Oversee employee relations: ensure fair policy application, provide guidance, mediate conflicts, foster positive inclusive culture.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives: recognition programs, surveys, communication to boost morale and teamwork.
- Support organizational change management: assist managers and employees for smooth transitions and readiness.
- Execute succession planning: identify and develop high-potential talent, create development plans with management.
- Implement people development programs promoting learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs; recommend changes to attract and retain talent.
- Implement performance management: goal setting, reviews, feedback, training managers to develop teams effectively.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, share best practices, and foster collaboration and inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Turkish - minimum B2 level;
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years);
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
- Knowledge of modern staff assessment tools;
- Experience in the creation of personnel development programs and in updating of career growth models;
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Result-oriented mindset.
