MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching and Attracting new clients;
- Visiting customers Onsite and consulting them on relevant trade lanes and markets;
- Building and expanding long-term relationships with the existing Customers and new business;
- Cooperation with AsstrA across the globe;
- Development & Control of individual KPI targets - personal sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company;
- Exceptional problem solving, communicative skills;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- A solid understanding of the logistics market, freight forwarding, and transportation;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills that impress clients and close deals;
- Self-motivated, energetic, and always aiming for results;
- A passion for customer success and business development.
