Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through industry research, build relationships with key decision-makers, and conduct cold outreach via calls and emails to expand our client base. -
Needs Assessment and Proposal Development:
Gather detailed client project requirements to create tailored proposals that address unique challenges, while determining competitive pricing and negotiating terms effectively. -
Client Relationship Management:
Establish trust through reliable communication, maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle, and address client concerns to provide effective solutions. -
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, oversee subcontractor performance, and monitor project milestones to resolve any issues that arise. -
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales metrics and performance, analyze data to enhance sales strategies, and provide insights to inform management decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales;
- Solid experience in Industrial Project Logistics;
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics services

Fluency in English is necessary, Italian/ German/ Chinese would be a plus;

Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;

Multitasking and collaboration skills.
