We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics in our branch in Budapest!

Main responsibilities:

  • Active work looking for new Customers in the Hungarian market majoring in selling Project Logistics services;
  • Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;
  • Attraction of new Customers, retention and development of Customers;
  • Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives;
  • Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system;
  • Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio;
  • Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity;
  • Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

    Our expectations:
  • 5+ experience in Project Logistics Sales;
  • Deep knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, particularly in the context of industrial projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Develop trust through effective communication, build a culture of nimble learning to adapt to new challenges, and prioritize self-development to continuously grow and thrive.
  • Preference to the candidates with own portfolio of contacts/Customers.
