MOTION DESIGNER
Grade: Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Krakowiaków 34
Main responsibilities:
- Creating motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Designing animated elements for videos, presentations, and websites.
- Developing dynamic typography and visual effects for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Planning and executing video shoots, including setup, lighting, and framing.
- Operating cameras, microphones, and other video production equipment.
- Managing shooting logistics and directing on-screen talent.
- Editing raw footage into polished content for marketing campaigns.
- Applying transitions, effects, and motion elements to enhance videos.
- Adding sound effects, music, and voiceovers, ensuring smooth storytelling.
- Adjusting color balance, exposure, and contrast to align with brand aesthetics.
- Ensuring proper color grading for various platforms (web, social media, TV).
- Working closely with marketing and design teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Optimizing video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design.
- Organizing and archiving project files and assets.
- Exporting and delivering video files in required formats and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Higher education in PR, marketing, design;
- Similar work experience 2+ years;
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage);
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- High level of self-organization, time management skills;
- Expertise in working with various channels of communication;
- Knowledge of specific IT programs (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshot, DaVinci Resolve, Blender);
- Project management skills;
- Understanding the importance of planning, clear task setting, performance monitoring, timely feedback.
