Responsibilities:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets in the French market and ensuring a successful business strategy. We rely on the principles "Care, Connect, Deliver" as the foundation for our sales strategy.
Care (Leading)
- Leading and building a team;
- Create a motivating and supportive work environment while maximizing each employee’s potential;
- Ensure adherence to company values;
- Focus on customer orientation.
Connect (Strategy)
- Develop a clear sales strategy for the French market;
- Address customer needs and requirements;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders within the AsstrA organization.
Deliver (Focus)
- Effectively coordinate sales activities and ensure revenue goals are met;
- Motivate the team to achieve targets;
- Focus on customer satisfaction;
- Focus on achieving revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of solid professional experience in freight forwarding sales;
- Charisma and leadership skills to lead and inspire your team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Creativity and innovation to develop new approaches and ideas to improve the sales process;
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
