Your Responsibilities:
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. If you’re eager to grow and help shape a team culture where sharing ideas and continuously improving is key, this role is for you.
- Book ocean freight shipments, collaborating with our teams abroad to secure the best carriers for our clients;
- Manage the pre- and post-shipping processes across all transport modes;
- Prepare and create shipping documents, including customs clearance orders;
- Communicate with clients, service providers, and AsstrA offices in both English and Russian:
- Complete all logistics and shipping paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
What We Expect:
- Around 2 years of experience in ocean freight;
- Fluent in both Russian and English;
- A genuine interest in growing AsstrA’s presence in the U.S. and globally;
- A hands-on mentality, willing to tackle new challenges head-on;
