What are your tasks:
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies for the IPL department;
- Lead and manage the IPL team worldwide: recruit, train, mentoring and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
- Overseeing the financial aspects of IPL, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control;
- Customers relationships, networking;
- Development of a technical solution and commercial part of BID for a client's & project owner;
- Public relationships, promotion;
- Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of carriers specializing in heavy and oversized cargo transportation for global infrastructure projects;
- Identify and manage risks associated with IPL's operations, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards;
- Managing team performance, staff allocation, and resource planning to meet project requirement, monitor operational KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal efficiency;
What professional and personal competences are in need?
- 10+ extensive experience in the projects and project cargo operations, General and OOG cargo logistics industry, 5+ years of experience in managerial position within the logistics or transportation industry in the international multicultural company;
- Deep understanding of international shipping, supply chain management, customs regulations, and global trade practices;
- Knowledge of aspects of international logistics, transport;
- Negotiation technics, presentation skills, networking, the ability to form business-contacts and to communicate with internal and external environment of the Company;
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting and cost optimization, understanding and creation of financial reports;
- Leadership;
- Customer orientation;
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency;
- Proactive and Solution-Oriented mindset;
Languages: Fluent English, other foreign languages will be an asset
