Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Expedition Team to achieve departmental goals;
Development FTL lines (customers, carriers) between Baltic states and Western EU countries;
Playing an active role in managing the Customer Service;
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Develop strategies to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Conduct regular strategic business reviews with carriers and improvement of the carriers base;
Implementing quality agreements with subcontractors;
Ability to work closely as a team, bringing issues up openly and timely;
Initiating meetings, training when necessary.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as forwarder for FTL;
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader / Head of the divison;
Team management and leadership skills;
Cargo transportation experience between Baltic and Western countries ( FTL) ;
Experience in developing new lines;
Experience in strategy development, process design, and project delivery;
Problem solving and Issues analysis;
Be able to ask effective questions and collect facts from multiple sources in order to solve problems;
Strong communication skills and a positive mindset;
Good technical understanding both theoretical and from practice;
