Now we are looking for a Customer Development Specialist in our office in Tashkent!
Responsibilities
- Attraction of new clients and development of relationships with customers;
- Working with existing clients;
- Recognizing customer needs and selling of AsstrA logistics services;
- Conducting business negotiations;
- Making preparation and submission of commercial offers;
- Providing the relevant expert knowledge across solutions and logistics industry;
- Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience with Sales/Customer Service will be an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Uzbek and Russian;
- B2 level of English;
- Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- Good team-working competences.
