Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify potential clients through industry research, build relationships with key decision-makers, and conduct cold outreach via calls and emails to expand our client base.

  • Needs Assessment and Proposal Development:
    Gather detailed client project requirements to create tailored proposals that address unique challenges, while determining competitive pricing and negotiating terms effectively.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish trust through reliable communication, maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle, and address client concerns to provide effective solutions.

  • Project Coordination:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, oversee subcontractor performance, and monitor project milestones to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    Track sales metrics and performance, analyze data to enhance sales strategies, and provide insights to inform management decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales;

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics services

  • Fluency in English is necessary, Italian/ German/ Chinese would be a plus;

  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;

  • Leadership skills and be active;

  • Multitasking and collaboration skills.
