Responsibilities:
- Completing the full freight process from start to finish;
- Identification of potential for increasing transportation capacity using contract transport;
- Participation in strategic planning of the office activities, in the development of new projects, business plans within the department, in planning the provision of new services, in the development of new transport schemes;
- Management of pricing policy for rates for contract carriers;
- Drawing up a plan for visiting consumers/suppliers;
- Assistance to TLM in quoting requests and tenders;
- Market research on transport exchanges (monitoring prices for TLU, monitoring competitors' activities), as well as information support on the market situation;
- Assessment and planning of the company's needs for transportation capacity;
- Formation of a concept for the development of a department/division, initiation of expansion of the geography of contract transport.);
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Freight Forwarder in Road sector;
- Knowledge of forwarding processes and documentation related to road transport;
- Understanding of transportation organization;
- Knowledge of the rules for maintaining document flow in logistics;
- Knowledge of the transport services market;
- Knowledge of legislation regarding the organization of international road transport;
- Knowledge of the specifics of organizing cargo transportation;
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with suppliers and communicating with them.
- Knowledge of the driver's work and rest schedule.
- Experience in team management (setting tasks, monitoring execution, feedback, etc.);
- Intelligent, articulate, autonomous, professional and credible;
- Customer orientation;
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
