For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for a new Head of Italy Container Division.

Responsibilities:

·         Building up the operational ocean team in Italy ;

·         Building up joint work with other offices/ocean division within AsstrA network;

·         Develop  the relationships with major shipping lines and inland carriers, maintaining constant and beneficial connection;

·         Responsibility for pricing and achieving comparative advantages of our offers;

·         Controlling and responsibility for the efficiency and standard KPI;

·         Monthly Costs Controlling;

·         Working closely with Sales department on the development of new Sales and new volumes;

·         Participate in planning the activities of the division.

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Requires experience of 5 years in  Sea Transportation, with some supervisory experience, consisting of development, coaching and overall management;

·         Excellent level of English;

·         Candidates must have strong leadership skills and staff development experience with the ability to interact, communicate and motivate with all levels of employees and management;

·         Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
