Now we are looking for a Sales Specialist for our branch in Lyon!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Search for new Customers / Active work with Customers coming out of Sales lists, and other sources.
  • Establishing and maintaining a plan of meetings with the Customers.
  • CRM maintenance, registration and closing of requests in internal systems.
  • Attraction (reanimation) of new Customers, retention and development of Customers.
  • Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements.
  • Tender work (pre-tender preparations; follow up on tasks implementation in the context of the tender holding; interaction with tender specialists and operative employees).
  • Evaluation of Customer satisfaction.

REQUEREMENTS:

  • Experience with sales in the freight forwarding/logistics industry (min 2 years);
  • Knowledge of the French market;
  • Additional experience with the Belgium and Luxemburg markets would be an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English;
  • Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills;
  • Proactivity and responsibility, result-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team with huge amount of information.
