Responsibilities:
- Relying on the company's advantageous resources such as international Ocean transportation, promote the company's main route products, and achieve the promotion and sales of direct customers and freight agents in foreign markets;
- According to the company's marketing strategy, actively achieve sales targets and expand the company's visibility and market share in overseas markets;
- Maintain good communication with foreign customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and solve customer sales difficulties.
- Assist the procurement department in providing customers with suitable quotation plans, routes, etc., and improve after-sales service;
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in working in a multinational environment
- Familiar with basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, and import and export trade;
- Proven experience in management of staff
- Fluent in English writing and speaking, Russian will be an advantage
- Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and energy, result-oriented mindset
