Rail Freight Forwarder

Responsibilities:
- Keep good relationship with Platform＆clients, provide satisficed service to clients: friendly, timely & efficient solution.
- Follow up per SOP, check & correct data of receiving documents to make the customs clearance done smoothly
- Tracing the order processing,
- Arrange booking, customs clearance， and monitor its process and cargo delivery;
- Coordinating related suppliers / overseas for helping clients solve problems,
- Reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
- Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully to make profitable
- Well maintain clients be able to develop more business with clients
- Other tasks from the Department Manager.
Skills/Qualifications:
- The background for global forwarder will be preferable
- Good Industry knowledge for handling procedures of rail freight export
- Experience in working in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English writing & speaking, Russian will be an advantage
- Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and energy, result-oriented mindset
