Head of Project Logistics

Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of all staff in the branch office for IPL
  • Set KPI's for IPL Staff in China
  • Create, Develop and implement approved Business Plan
  • Distributes the work on customers’ requests and orders between the division employees
  • Controls processing of requests from customers request, statuses of these requests; entering of events into AsstrA systems; compliance with the necessary GP level
  • Controls work of division staff regarding accuracy of filling data into information and operating systems
  • Assists recruitment process, senior managers’ assessment, motivation interview, exit interview
  • Analyses data on KPI, plans execution, results of processes audit, participates in establishing the causes of non-conformities (if any); interacts with branch managers on the control of  division employees’ operational work; informs employees on plan indicators and actual results
  • Makes decisions on improvement of processes, internal and external relations, communications within the division

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record in Projects Operations / Sales
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience in management of staff
  • Foreign language – Chinese, English, Russian will be an advantage
  • Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel
  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and energy, result-oriented mindset
