Foreign Trade Specialist

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be responsible for collecting systematizing of  comprehensive information - warehouse services for clients: search for new partners China (subcontractor wh services), interact with current partners China  (subcontractor wh services), prepare analysis, consider requests of wh services, quotation, contracting, project maintain. 
  • Be in charge of current clients  and trade services projects (negotiating with clients, customs brokers, checking Invoices PL, requirements for import export, calculation preparing);
  • Develop new customers, consulting about Trade and warehouse services;
  • Maintain effective cooperation and information exchange within and between departments;
  • Manage business records and customer files;
  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences;
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of customer information and supporting materials

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Relevant experience in foreign trade customer development, warehouse services   (3 years)
  • excellent in written and spoken English;
  • Team player, flexible thinking, initiative, strong communication skills;
  • 4Strong subjective initiative, able to handle affairs independently, experience in market development warehouse services  is preferred;
  • Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel
  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and energy, result-oriented mindset
