Join our team as a CIS Operations Manager in our Tbilisi office (Al.Kazbegi Avenue).
Working days: Monday-Friday
Working hours: from 09:00 till 18:00
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provision of vehicles for existing orders;
- Development of your supplier pool;
- Supervision of Suppliers and updating of cards;
- Provision of rates on the route within its pool of Suppliers at the request of Trade Lane Manager;
- Quotation of spot requests in Transporeon;
- Collecting a package of documents from the Supplier for unblocking/transferring to real;
- Planning additional stops: agency, customs, warehouse, etc.;
- Instructing the Оrder Мanager on the registration of transport, commercial and customs documentation necessary for transportation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- 1+ year of experience in operative activity;
- Good command of written and spoken Georgian and English or Russian;
- Knowledge of the transport services market;
- Knowledge of legislation regarding the organization of road transportation;
- Knowledge of specificity of organizing cargo transportation;
- Knowledge of the specificity of working with suppliers and communication with them;
- Negotiation skills;
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.
