Join our team in London as a Project Coordinator in the AsstrA Project Logistics Department!

Main responsibilities:

  • To support commercial and technical offers preparation. To coordinate a seamless cargo flow from contractual origin to destination.
  • Ensure that all transportation and freight expenditures are implemented prior to actual movements.
  • To implement working procedures in conjunction with IP’s adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy.
  • To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport. In addition, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment.
  • To attend project progress meetings, meetings at the client's, seller’s / supplier’s facilities when requested by the Project.

Our expectations:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Logistics;
  • Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
  • knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
  • Exceptional problem solving skills;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
