Country Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Development of cooperation with customers in South Korea  focus market, growth of added value;
  • Customer portfolio management;
  • Quality management of the service provided;
  • Management and promotion of the company's brand in the focus country;
  • Personnel management of the sales department in the focus market;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of a development strategy in a focus country with BM;
  • Tactical and operational marketing;
  • Operational sales management in the focus country.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Working experience in international forwarding company on managerial position not less than 3 years;
  • Knowledge and work with key market players in forwarding transportation in South Korea;
  • Experience in working with large clients;
  • Knowledge of local business culture, norms, traditions, customs of the country;
  • Foreign language – Korean, English, Russian will be an advantage;
  • Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills.
