Procurement Manager (FCL)

Responsibilities:

·         Building interaction with key sea carriers in the country, region

·         Work to offer the best price conditions for key cargo flows, ports and regions

·         Organization of the quotation process

·         Dissemination of information about our most competitive destinations and rates within the company

·         Implementation of the strategy for working with sea carriers

·         Increasing the share of direct sea carriers

·         Ensuring procedures related to the operation of the NVOCC model in the country

·         Creation of framework agreements based on volumes with shipping lines

·         Obtaining preferences and more favorable conditions when working with service providers (deferrals, credit limits, forms of payment, demurrage/detention, etc.)

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in the local market in sea shipping lines

·         Experience in building long-term relationships with shipping lines and other service providers, obtaining special conditions from service providers

·         Knowledge of the specifics of the work of an NVOCC operator

·         Experience in providing forwarding services

·         Experience in managerial positions

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Foreign language – Turkish, English, Russian will be an advantage.

·         Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office): Power Point, Excel

·         Good level of negotiation and presentation skills

·         Self-motivation and energy

·         Result-oriented mindset
